When will my order ship? most orders ship within 1-7 business days with the exception of pre orders which will be clearly labeled with shipping dates. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
Can I combine shipping? It sounds simple however shipping cannot be combined once your order is completed. It increases errors, and we want your experience to be as smooth and carefree as it can be.
Where do you Ship? We currently ship within the US via USPS
Can I alter my order? Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed. We are not responsible for address errors or account info alterations.
What if my order is lost? Some orders may appear to not be moving within the USPS system, many times they are moving but not tracking. If a package is delayed or missing the USPS can track your package to determine its whereabouts. Once shipped we are not responsible for delivery delays or USPS errors. If an order has not tracked or arrived within 21 days please contact us.
Why are some shades not restocked? Some shades are limited to the release dates only while others may be restocked or rereleased at another date. Many factors go into the decision process including season, supply availability, and studio space.
