Our Approach To Polish

 The authentic nature of artisanal nail polish can and will at times create small variations from batch to batch, While formulas are meticulously followed many factors can minimally alter a polish and in no way is viewed as a flaw. 

Possibilities of different batches of shimmer, colorant, or ingredients can shift the final product slightly, however many times the same shade can look very different on your nails. That is the beauty of all cosmetics!

We strive to represent our one of a kind shades in many lights, using as many variables as possible to show the polish in every way in can look as no shade can ever truly be shown as it will look in person. Photos can look vastly differently on your screen from the actual product. Many times you will be delighted at how much more beautiful it is in person. 

Turnaround time for pre orders is typically 14-21 days from closing date of pre order. Regularly stocked items are typically shipped within 1-5 days. 

Refunds replacements or lost shipments. If you have any issues with your order please email lumennails@gmail.com we will do our best to help! Please note refunds will not be given on any products older than 3 months or products purchased in a destash or third party site. There are no refunds or exchanges on mystery polishes that you may not like, or was duplicated in your order. Refunds will not be offered for aforementioned variants in batches. 

We ship via USPS and tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you, you may check your order via tracking number.
